What's Hospice:
Hospice provides a special way of caring for a patient whose disease cannot be cured, especially for the terminally ill patients with a life expectancy of six months or less.
Hospice is not a location, services are taken to patients and their families wherever they happen to be located.
Hospice services include supportive social, emotional, and spiritual services to the terminally ill, as well as support for the patient's family.
